Kweevo wants businesses to build smarter, circular supply chains
Hello there,
Occasionally in this newsletter we dip our toes into the world of supply chains, and we’re back there today.
Kweevo wants to “help businesses go from a traditional linear supply chain to a circular supply chain.”

Kweevo wants businesses to build smarter, circular supply chains
The world is changing scarily fast these days.
Who knows what trade with China will be like in one or two years’ time as a TikTok ban looms in the US, and China seems closer to an invasion of Taiwan. And how might the rapid rise of A.I. tools affect business in the near future? Then there’s the growing headache of sustainability compliance around the world.
All of this makes keeping on top of your supply chain more important than ever. Kweevo wants to help manufacturers, retailers, and the consultants who work with them, do just that.
As Cambridgeshire-based founder Audrey Limery puts it, Kweevo is “a no-code, A.I. analytics SaaS platform, helping businesses analyse, optimise, and decarbonise their supply chains.”
The product consists of a collection of ‘data apps’ that do things like visualise the supply chain, identify carbon and waste hotspots, or determine the best location for a store.
“The entire suite is helping get more insight into your supply chain with a goal to reduce costs, reduce waste, and ultimately reduce carbon emissions to help with Net Zero decarbonisation,” Limery says.
Kweevo is focused on accessibility - both in terms of ease of use and price. The startup is targeting SMEs who might be priced out of more established tools in the same space.
“It's about the democratisation of data, so business users can get the insight they need. And they do not need to have an analyst or data scientist to actually get the insight they need, faster.”
The sustainability angle is more than just a nice-to-have add-on, too.
“I talked to a lot of corporates and the interest was very much the combination of supply chain and carbon intelligence, being able to measure carbon footprint for a supply chain because that it's very complex to do at the moment,” says Limery.
“We want to bring our solution to maturity so SMEs and corporates have a way to measure scope one, two, and three emissions across their supply chains.”
How it works
At this early stage of the product, users feed data into Kweevo via a templated Excel spreadsheet. APIs to support importing from platforms like CRMs and warehouse management systems are on the roadmap.
The data then populates in Kweevo. For example, the ‘digital twin’ app will visualise the supply chain on a map. The plan is to add extra functionality to the different apps within the product over time.
For example, the digital twin app will soon be able to visualise carbon emissions across the supply chain, directly on the map, Limery says.
Further down the line, Kweevo will begin to incorporate more prescriptive features, helping users to optimise their supply chains.
From Martinique with a passion for supply chains
Limery hails from the Caribbean island of Martinique, a French territory which is part of the EU and uses the euro as its currency.
She has long held an interest in supply chains. This began at university in her homeland, and continued when she came to the UK in 2008 to study at the University of Huddersfield to study Transport and Logistics Management.
But after working in supply chain management and supply chain network modelling roles for companies including Boots and GSK, she noticed the market was moving towards data science and pivoted her career.
“I learned how to code in 2017, and I started transitioning from being a data analyst to a data scientist and data strategist, helping businesses to make sure they can leverage data for the business,” she says.
By then she’d already had the idea for what would become Kweevo. Once her coding skills were up to scratch, she started building it in 2019, and founded the first version of the company in 2020. Working with a team of developers, the first version of the product launched in June 2021.
In its first form, Kweevo was a more general tool, offering analytics for things like social media and SaaS revenue performance. But recently Limery has settled on the supply chain market as the product’s core focus.
Doing this plays to her strengths and passion, and it’s arguably a good time to be in the supply chain space.
“Supply chain, data and sustainability are three great domains to be in right now, given the current progress of A.I. in society, the ongoing supply chain disruptions and the environmental challenges we are all facing,” she recently wrote on LinkedIn by way of explanation.
That said, the data apps within Kweevo’s product that aren’t focused on supply chains generate revenue, Limery says, so they continue to be available.
Limery is Kweevo’s sole founder and currently its only full-time team member. “I'm the main developer and the main data scientist developing different dashboards and data apps to put on the on the on the platform,” she says.
Other team members work part-time on product strategy, marketing, data science, and finance.
